Before confirming your appointment, we may provide patient intake or medical forms to complete. These help us determine eligibility and ensure we are prepared to safely provide care during the visit.
3. Appointment Confirmation
Once your location and eligibility are confirmed, your mobile dental appointment can be scheduled.
Please note that a deposit may be required to secure your appointment, as mobile visits involve travel time and equipment preparation.
